Your journey begins in Kolkata, where you will be picked up from the airport or railway station. For the transfer to Godkhali or Sajnekhali, the main gateway to the Sundarbans, you can hire a tempo traveller if you are in a group or a taxi for a smaller party. The drive takes around 3–4 hours through scenic rural landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your eco-lodge or forest resort and enjoy lunch. In the evening, take a short boat ride in the nearby creeks to observe birds and mangrove flora. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Start the day with an early breakfast, then head out for a boat safari to Sajnekhali Wildlife Sanctuary. This sanctuary offers a chance to spot estuarine crocodiles, spotted deer, and a variety of birds. For transfers from the lodge to the jetty, you can use a taxi or a tempo traveller. After returning from the morning safari, enjoy lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, visit Hiron Point or Dobanki Watchtower for potential tiger sightings. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, take a boat ride to Sudhanyakhali Wildlife Sanctuary and trek to the Netidhopani Watchtower, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the mangroves and spot wildlife. A packed lunch can be enjoyed on the boat. Later, visit scenic spots like Dobanki or Buri Goalbari for photography and more wildlife observation. Evening returns to the lodge, with an optional visit to a local fishing village to experience Sundarbans culture. Transfers from lodge to jetty can be arranged via taxi or tempo traveller.

Today is dedicated to a longer river cruise. After breakfast, board the boat for Ghoramara or Mousuni Island, exploring mangrove forests, small riverside villages, and possibly spotting dolphins. Lunch will be served on the boat. In the evening, return to your lodge. The main sightseeing is by boat, but transfers between the lodge and the jetty are done via a tempo traveller or a taxi.

After breakfast, check out from your lodge and start the return journey to Kolkata using a taxi or tempo traveller, depending on your group size. The drive takes about 3–4 hours. You will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, concluding your Sundarbans wildlife adventure.
